As the years went on, I realized that everything and every being is energy. With knowing and really understanding this, I learned that humans pick up on different frequencies daily and constantly. When this happens, we automatically assume that it's us feeling these massive amounts of energies. But in reality, it is not. 99.9% of the time, the energies that we pick up on are either the feelings of others or worldwide events. These energies can transfer into anything such as: happiness, sadness, stress, anxiety, confusion, etc. Sometimes these feelings can attach themselves to us unknowingly. For example, I would be in the grocery store or driving by the same area everyday & then out of nowhere become overwhelmed with anxiety & fear. I would feel completly like myself before leaving the house.. but then would immediatley start picking up on the frequencies in the air. This became so clear to me about 6 years ago when I had an awakening to what living in this world really means. The epiphany happened when I learned how to take back control of my own energy by acknowledging and vocalizing the feeling as soon as I felt it.. instead of suppressing it. When I began to do this, I noticed I became more empowered! Sometimes as we pick up on things as humans, we tend to own the feelings of others. Instead, we must know that we have the power to transmute whatever we are feeling back to Love, Light, & Healing ♡.  

Throughout my journey, I learned that this world is a school for learning & gaining knowledge for our soul's growth...we are just passing by this realm for a quick moment in time. On this path, we may meet other divine souls that guide us to reach our soul's destiny. These divine souls can come to us as family, friends, & even our pets! Once our cycle is completed here on earth, we continue on to even higher versions of ourselves in different realms. These versions of us already exist simultaneously on different timelines now... but sometimes our souls choose to come back to specific time periods to learn a life lesson, help the evolution of humanity, and sometimes just to be! This in return helps the versions of us in the other realms as well... & vice-versa😊. This journey consists of such a grand narrative of self development & I'm thankful for the lessons!
